How eQ Works

An eQ specialist at TeleSage can convert your existing IVR surveys to Web surveys, or combine the data from both types of surveys. eQ administers surveys on a Web server and collects data that can be stored in any ODBC-compatible database (Oracle, SQL Server, Access, etc.). For quality control, respondents may be restricted to only particular surveys and can be prevented from taking a survey more than once. The survey results can be viewed by authorized administrators on a password-protected website. Users can then apply custom filters and, in addition to sorting by respondent and specific items, users can summarize data based on values such as frequency, mean, max/min, and sums.

Our eQ services allow you to outsource both the designing and maintaining of your Web surveys. TeleSage hosts your surveys so that you do not need a Web server of your own.
