ViewQ™: Web Reporting and Data Visualization

ViewQ creates Web pages that monitor survey results in real time so that you can retrieve your data quickly and efficiently on the Internet, as soon as it comes in from the field. ViewQ allows you to analyze results generated by automated telephone surveys or Web surveys, or information contained in any database.

ViewQ users can host the Web page from their own PC server or network to maximize security and privacy. You have exclusive control over defining the users that are allowed to view the data and which tabulated results they can access. ViewQ also enables you to customize the appearance of the Web page by adding your company logo, for example.

Only minimal IT skills are necessary for initial setup. ViewQ is compatible with TeleSage products but also with any data-gathering system that stores its results in a database that resides on your server.

Requirements

You may have TeleSage host your ViewQ website, but if you choose to purchase and install ViewQ on your own system, you need to have:

An internet website running Windows (2000 or later)
ASP.NET 2.0
Internet Information Services (IIS)
