Description of SmartQ
TeleSage SmartQ provides an award-winning automated solution to your survey, interview, research, and communications needs. SmartQ installs easily on a PC, allowing users to create and record their own surveys or interviews, as well as relay information tailored to the individual caller. SmartQ runs up to 99 IVR surveys simultaneously, in any language, and accommodates branching to different questions, surveys, telephone numbers, or voicemail boxes based on callers' responses. SmartQ automatically scores and stores responses in standard databases, offering real-time results.
Users "point-and-click" to design and edit their own surveys, making them as sophisticated or simple as desired.
System Requirements
- Platform: Windows 2000, NT, or XP (only)
- Memory: 128 MB of RAM recommended (64 minimum)
- Mouse: Point-and-click device required
- Hard Disk: Minimum 1 GB available
- Display: VGA monitor and adapter (minimum 800 x 600 resolution)
- Bus: One free ISA or PCI slot per four telephone lines
- Voice Board: Intel Dialogic ISA or PCI board
- Telephone: At least one standard telephone
- Telephone Lines: One analog line per Dialogic port
Voice Board Information
SmartQ works in conjunction with Intel Dialogic voice boards. TeleSage can sell you a voice board or you can purchase one from another vendor.
The models that TeleSage sells are:
- the D/4PCI (a 4-line analog PCI board), available for $572, and
- the D240 JCT.T1 (a 24-line digit PCI board), avilable for $4,000
