Supplement SmartQ's surveying capability with outbound dialing on each telephone line. Users can easily import a list of phone numbers and choose which telephone lines DialQ uses to conduct the outbound calling.
The dialer function integrates into each port of SmartQ - that is, you do not need to set up separate ports for dialout calls. DialQ works like a group of calling agents; each line calls out and gives the survey to people who are successfully contacted.
More advanced users can specify information unique to each phone number, such as due dates, account numbers or balances, outstanding quantities or items, and zip code or location information. SmartQ can use this information to customize the survey presentation for each caller.
