- Longitudinal Reporting: Once clients have taken a survey once, their information will be stored so that later reports can automatically compare each client's responses and changes over time.
- Referral by ZIP Code: Referrals to local stores or pharmacies can be faxed or e-mailed to the caller as part of a scored report, based on the clients ZIP code.
- Night-Owl Monitoring: NightOwl monitors IVR systems remotely to ensure that they are running properly. You can set up NightOwl to call your IVR system at regular intervals and contact the appropriate person if the system misbehaves.
